IFAK Roll M medical pouch is a lightweight, low-profile, and comfortable personal first aid kit holder that fits perfectly on any carry system. Its cylindrical design and hook-and-loop attachment allow the pouch to be mounted on plate carriers or battle belts.
IFAK consists of two parts:
An external adjustable sleeve that allows the capacity to be tailored to the carried equipment, and a removable inner pouch that can be quickly pulled out from either side using two pull tabs. This design enables rapid access to medical supplies with both the right and left hand, ensuring a fast and effective response in emergency situations.
The inner pouch is also ideal for everyday use - such as in a backpack, car or on hikes - without needing to detach the entire IFAK from combat gear, offering maximum flexibility, organization and convenience in any situation.
